String one and two raise
The other day I set up my LKR knee lever to raise the first string two frets and the second string one fret on the E9th neck of my Sho-Bud. This was all the spare parts I had at the time and I plan on raising the seventh string two frets also. I have video taped a short video of me utilizing this move. It can be seen on my video called "But for the grace of God steel guitar intro".

Thats a great sound, I love hearing those two strings going up together, have had it on several guitars but not easy to achieve on my old push pulls.....
